Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Karnaval duffel bag. If it’s not the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund.
What We Ask
Your bag should be unused, in its original condition, and free of odors, stains, or damage. Please include all original tags, straps, accessories, and packaging.
Starting a Return
Email us at info@karnavalstudios.com with your order number and we’ll take it from there. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back, as returns shipped without approval can’t be accepted.
Return Shipping
- United States: We’ll send you a return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund.
- Canada: Return shipping and any applicable duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If Something Arrives Damaged
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@karnavalstudios.com with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Not Eligible for Return
- Bags that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Returns sent after the 30-day window
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The easiest option is to return your bag and place a new order for the color or style you’d prefer.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and confirm your approval by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take a little longer. If two weeks pass without word, email info@karnavalstudios.com and we’ll look into it.
