Order Policy
Orders can’t be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before checking out.
Processing & Delivery
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times start once your order has shipped.
United States
- Standard: 5 to 7 business days
- Express: 2 to 3 business days
Canada
- Standard: 5 to 10 business days
- Express: 3 to 5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Duties & Taxes (Canada)
Applicable duties and taxes are shown at checkout whenever possible. Any charges collected by the carrier on delivery are the recipient’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order is with the carrier, we’re not responsible for delays, packages marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package hasn’t arrived, check with your neighbours or building reception, then contact us and we’ll help where we can.
Returns
For Canadian orders, return shipping and any applicable duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
